Who should use the ONDEX system?
In general, everyone who is interested in biological data integration and visualization tasks. However, due to the early developmental status,
we recommend only advanced users to use the ONDEX backend (core/plugins). The ONDEX frontend (ovtk) can already be used by non developers.
ONDEX requires Java SE Runtime Environment (JRE) 6 Update 10 or later to be installed (available on Windows, Linux and 64-bit Intel Macs).
The minimum memory requirement is 1GB (depending on the size of datasets to be analyzed).
To download the latest ONDEX version from the development branch just right click and Save Target As...

To run the OVTK2 make sure that Java is installed properly, extract ovtk2-[timestamp]-packaged-distro.zip into a new directory and run run.bat
(replace [timestamp] with the actual value).
