HELP with ONDEX

There is an OVTK tutorial for the latest release of the ONDEX front-end which provides a walk-through of the basic functions. A CD image including all example files used in the tutorial can be downloaded here (464MB).

Some help and information for the current ONDEX back-end can be found here. We are working on a tutorial for the back-end.

There is the ONDEX Users mail list available on SourceForge.
